1. Production process of vanadium alloy
Ferrovanadium is a vanadium alloy obtained after deoxidation and reduction of vanadium oxide. Metal aluminum and metal silicon are usually used as reducing agents. The former can prepare ferrovanadium with different vanadium content, and the vanadium content can range from 20% to 85%; the latter is generally Only iron vanadium with low vanadium content can be prepared, and the vanadium content can range from 20% to 60%.

 

Silicon-vanadium alloy is a silicon-containing vanadium alloy obtained by treating vanadium oxide with metallic silicon as a reducing agent. Vanadium-nitrogen alloy is a vanadium alloy produced by carbothermal reduction-nitriding process. The reducing agent is mainly various carbon-containing materials, and the vanadium content is generally 70%~80%.
Ferrovanadium nitride is a deep-processing product of ferrovanadium, which is a nitrogen-containing vanadium alloy obtained by grinding ferrovanadium into powder and then nitriding.

 

Ferrosilicon-vanadium nitride is a nitrogen-containing silicon-vanadium alloy obtained by directly nitriding ferrosilicon-vanadium, or grinding ferrovanadium and ferrosilicon into powder and mixing them evenly, and then nitriding the nitrogen-containing silicon-vanadium alloy.
