Aluminum Calcium Cored Wire

Pure calcium cored wire is a metallurgical material used for steel refining. It is made by wrapping solid pure calcium wire with cold-rolled steel strip and is mainly used to optimize the cleanliness of molten steel and continuous casting process performance.

Seamless cold-rolled forming technology ensures the steel strip tightly wraps the calcium wire, reducing calcium oxidation loss, with a storage life of up to one year.
Compared to powder-based cored wires (such as silicon-calcium wire), pure calcium wire avoids introducing impurity oxides, resulting in higher steel liquid purity.
