What are vanadium pentoxide flakes?
Vanadium pentoxide flakes are intermediate products for making ferrovanadium. Vanadium aluminum master alloys are used for special coatings on steel used in aerospace applications and automobile manufacturing.
Vanadium is a non-ferrous metal. Vanadium pentoxide is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries, mainly for smelting ferrovanadium. Used as an alloy additive, it accounts for more than 80% of the total consumption of vanadium pentoxide, followed by being used as a catalyst in organic chemical industry, i.e., a catalyst, accounting for about 10% of the total, and elsewhere as inorganic chemicals, chemical reagents, enamel and magnetic materials, accounting for about 10% of the total.
