Spray Molybdenum Wire
Leave a message
Due to its high wear resistance, molybdenum has become an indispensable material for metal spraying technology.

A thin layer of molybdenum is thermally sprayed on the surface of automotive parts that are subject to strong mechanical stress, such as piston rings, synchronizer rings, and shift elements, to improve their wear resistance.

Sprayed molybdenum wire is used as a thin coating on the surface of parts that are subject to wear in automobiles, such as piston rings, transmission synchronizer parts, gear selector forks, etc.

Sprayed molybdenum wire is also sprayed onto machine parts such as bearings for repair purposes, such as bearing bushes and shafts, as there is no intervening molybdenum layer and there is a lack of adhesion between the steel layer and the steel.
