Heat treatment of molybdenum foil
When annealing molybdenum foil in a vacuum annealing furnace, the heat treatment temperatures are 750~1000℃, 750℃, 800℃, 850℃, 900℃, 950℃, and 000℃ respectively.

The annealing time at each temperature is 50 minutes, as well as the cooling process after coming out of the oven.

Temperature is the main thermodynamic condition for crystallization. Therefore, whether in the nucleation stage or the sub-crystalline stage, the crystal nuclei can only grow by consuming the high energy generated during the deformation process.

The crystal nuclei generate polygons by climbing and sliding, greatly reducing the distortion of the crystal. This can achieve the purpose of improving strength and reducing plasticity.

The greater the deformation, the lower the crystallization temperature can be.

The mechanical properties of molybdenum foil are affected by different heat treatments and different heat treatment regimes.
