Effect of heat treatment system on mechanical properties of molybdenum foil
When the temperature is below 750~800℃, the strength of molybdenum foil begins to decrease. The elongation of the foil gradually increases.

In an environment with a temperature of 850 to 900°C, the foil begins to crystallize and accelerates the decrease in strength.

At the same time, the elongation of the foil increased significantly. As a result, heat treatment significantly increases plasticity.

In an environment with a temperature of 950 to 1000°C, the molybdenum foil begins to fully crystallize.

At this point the grains begin to grow and become coarser.

Although the strength of the foil is not significantly reduced, the elongation of the foil is drastically reduced. As a result, the plasticity of the foil begins to fail.
