Surface condition of tungsten rod
W1 products are not allowed to have any oxidation, contamination, severe over-fusion, bubbling, delamination or cracking. The camber angle should not be greater than 10mm. W2 and W3 products are not allowed to have excessive fusion, bubbles, delamination, cracks, large surface crystals or severe oxidation pollution.
The length of peeling should not be greater than 8mm, the width should not be greater than 3mm, and the depth should not be greater than 1mm; the diameter of mechanical pits should not be greater than 1mm, and the depth should not be greater than 0.5mm; the camber angle should not be greater than 4mm.
W4 products do not allow any oxidation or contamination.
The cylinder of vertical sintered parts should be cut off, and the section is not allowed to be loose or mixed.
