Uses Of Ferromanganese

Ferromanganese is widely used in iron and steel industry, casting industry and other industrial production.

1. Iron and steel industry: ferromanganese is an essential deoxidizer and desulfurizer in steelmaking industry. Good steel needs deoxidation and desulfurization in the process of smelting, the use of deoxidizer will greatly increase its cost. Therefore, ferromanganese is a cheap deoxidizer.
