Steel leakage may cause serious accidents, so the construction of refractory materials need to be careful, the following is the construction of refractory nozzle, in order to prevent steel leakage, need to pay attention to:
1. All waste must be removed from the nozzle brick contact and knotted layer.
2. The refractory mud used must be modulated according to the ratio, and no broken bricks and foreign bodies are allowed.
3. After the nozzle brick is inserted into the hole, it should be squeezed tightly with the broken brick block to prevent the plug head from pressing down.
4. The knotted layer must be tightened and baked dry.
5. Screws for nozzle support iron must be complete and tight.
