Molybdenum Wire Furnace
Leave a message
Molybdenum wire furnace is a high-temperature furnace that usually uses molybdenum wire as the heating element. There are many types of vacuum molybdenum wire furnaces, hydrogen molybdenum wire furnaces, high temperature molybdenum wire furnaces, molybdenum wire sintering furnaces, etc.

Vacuum molybdenum wire furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace cover, heat shield, vacuum system and electrical control cabinet. The furnace body and furnace cover are water-cooled sandwich structures.

The inner wall is stainless steel and the outer wall is carbon steel. The furnace body is equipped with thermocouple holes. The heating element is made of molybdenum wire and is surrounded by a heat shield made of molybdenum or stainless steel sheets.

The bottom tray and support material are made of aluminum oxide.

There are two types of molybdenum wire: pure molybdenum wire and doped molybdenum wire. Common sizes are Ø0.051~0.0350mm. It is obtained by forging or rolling sintered molybdenum rods, and then drawing them.

The main brands of molybdenum wire in my country are Mo1, Mos, Mo2, Mo3, and Mo3s. Mo1 and Mo2 are pure molybdenum wires, and Mo3 is molybdenum wire doped with Ca, Mg and other elements.
