Color and appearance: dark gray with bluish tint;
The E of single crystal silicon (100) measured by nano-intrusion method is 140-150GPa;
Electrical conductivity: The electrical conductivity of silicon has a great relationship with its temperature. As the temperature increases, the electrical conductivity increases, reaching a maximum at around 1480°C, and then decreases with the increase of temperature after the temperature exceeds 1600°C.
