What is the zinc wire processing technology?
The zinc wire processing technology is the process of processing zinc materials into zinc wire. The zinc wire processing process usually includes raw material preparation, smelting, casting, drawing, shaping, cleaning, drying, packaging and other links.

The first is raw material preparation. Select the appropriate zinc material, usually zinc liquid or zinc alloy obtained by smelting zinc ore, and then send it to the processing workshop for the next step of processing.

The next is smelting. Heat the zinc liquid or zinc alloy to a certain temperature, melt it into a liquid state, and remove the impurities in it to obtain a pure zinc fluid.

Then it is casting. Pour the molten zinc liquid into the mold and wait for it to solidify into a solid ingot, which becomes the raw material for subsequent processing.

Then it is drawing. Send the ingot into the wire drawing machine for drawing and draw it into a thin and uniform zinc wire.

Then it is shaping. Send the drawn zinc wire into the shaping machine for shaping to make its shape more regular and the size more accurate.

Then it is cleaning. Send the shaped zinc wire into the cleaning equipment for cleaning to remove surface dirt and impurities.

Then it is drying. The cleaned zinc wire is sent to the drying equipment for drying to reach a certain moisture content for subsequent packaging and storage.

The last step is packaging. The processed zinc wire is usually packaged by winding, bundling or boxing for easy transportation and storage.

In general, the zinc wire processing technology is a complex and delicate process that requires precise control and processing of materials and equipment to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.
