U.S. ferrovanadium imports in April 2025 were 282.68 metric tons, compared to 246.62 metric tons in the same period last year and 293.90 metric tons in April, a year-on-year increase of 14.62% and a month-on-month decrease of 3.82%.
U.S. ferrovanadium imports in April 2025 were valued at $11,602,000.00, compared to $7,031,000.00 in the same period last year and $9,055,000.00 in April, a year-on-year increase of 65.01% and a month-on-month increase of 28.13%. The average import price was $41,042.88 per metric ton, compared to $28,509.45 per metric ton in the same period last year and $30,809.80 per metric ton in April. From January to April 2025, the United States imported a total of 1,059.25 metric tons of ferrovanadium, compared to 852.29 metric tons in the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of 24.28%.

The average import price was $21.285.54 per metric ton, compared to $20.962.62 per metric ton in the same period last year and $21.768.47 per metric ton last month, a year-on-year increase of 1.54% and a month-on-month decrease of 2.22%. The United States imported 109.70 metric tons of ferrovanadium from Austria, compared to 80.15 metric tons in the same period last year and 48.00 metric tons last month, a year-on-year increase of 36.86% and a month-on-month increase of 128.54%. The average import price was $21,376.48 per metric ton, compared to $22,133.50 per metric ton in the same period last year and $20,187.50 per metric ton last month, a year-on-year decrease of 3.42% and a month-on-month increase of 5.89%.
The United States imported 22.00 metric tons of ferrovanadium from Japan, compared to 19.57 metric tons in the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of 12.41%. The average import price was $12,454.55 per metric ton, compared to $13,183.44 per metric ton in the same period last year, a year-on-year decrease of 5.52%.
