High carbon ferrochrome powder is a kind of iron powder, the color is black, is the main raw material of powder metallurgy. According to the different particle size, it can be divided into five grades: coarse powder, medium powder, fine powder, micro-fine powder and super-fine powder. Meanwhile, iron powder mainly includes reduced iron powder and atomized iron powder, which are named for different production methods.
Ferrochrome slag treatment process is to recover ferrochrome alloy from ferrochrome slag by gravity beneficiation method, and to obtain coarse and fine particles of ferrochrome alloy by double jig separation, so that the benefits of ferrochrome recovery can be fully played. First of all, large pieces of ferrochrome slag are broken into small pieces through the coarse jaw crusher, small pieces of ferrochrome slag into the fine jaw crusher for fine breaking, so that the particle size is controlled within 30mm, and then into the silo.
An electromagnetic vibration feeder is set under the silo to evenly feed the broken ferrochrome slag to the AM30 jig for coarse jig sorting, to obtain coarse-grained ferrochrome alloy and tailings. Since there are a lot of fine-grained ferrochrome alloy embedded in the tailings, it is necessary to use a rod mill to grind the tail ore of the AM30 jig to obtain sand-like ferrochrome slag. Enter LTA1010/2 jig machine for secondary jig sorting, and get fine chromite alloy and waste slag. This is the way most people use it now.
