In the foundry industry, GPC is used as a carbon additive in the production of cast iron and other metals.
ZhenAn Graphitized Petroleum Coke is also used in the production of carbon electrodes used in the aluminum industry. The high purity and conductivity of GPC make it an ideal material for the production of electrodes used in the smelting process of aluminum.
