Products Description
D for ferrovanadium smelting is carried out in a drum furnace. The preparation process of the smelting furnace is divided into three processes: furnace building, knotting and oven drying. The lining of ferrovanadium smelting furnace is divided into permanent layer and temporary layer. The permanent layer is built in three sections with magnesia bricks and high alumina bricks, and the temporary layer is knotted with returned slag.
The resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating is poor, and the bricks are easily damaged when dismantling the furnace. Good knotting quality of the furnace lining is the key to preventing leakage of the furnace. The knotting strength is moderate to avoid difficulties in dismantling the furnace. The half is thicker. When smelting ferrovanadium, first hoist the smelting furnace on the flat car, put a small amount of furnace material at the bottom of the furnace tube when using the lower part of the ignition, arrange the bottom material, put some mixed V, O; powder and aluminum powder on the surface, Put some igniter, such as BaO2, potassium chlorate or magnesium chips.
Then send the flat car into the curing room. After igniting with the igniting agent, gradually add all the charge from the upper part according to the reaction situation. The feeding speed should be appropriate. Slow, slow reaction and low smelting temperature will cause premature bonding of slag, incomplete separation of slag and iron, poor alloy cohesion, and reduced vanadium recovery rate. Experience shows that it is more appropriate to control the feeding speed at 160~200kg/(m" min)
When using the upper part to ignite, first put all the charges into the furnace, and then ignite. Due to the intense reaction, concentrated heat, and serious splashing of the charge, the lower part of the ignition method is generally used.
After smelting and dismantling the furnace, the alloy ingots are first subjected to water quenching and cooling treatment, then the surface of the alloy is finished, and then iron smashing, crushing, screening, packaging, and finally put into storage.
