Description
Silicon Carbide (SIC) has two different types one is black SIC, the other is green SIC, the all belong to a-SIC. The feature of SIC is chemical property stable, igh thermal conductivity is high, expansion coefficient is low, abrasion resistance is good , in addition to abrasives, there are many other uses.
Black SIC which content 95% sic, the toughness is higher than green SIC, it mostly used to process materials with low tensile strength, such as glass, ceramics, stone, refractories, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
