Ferrosilicon Briquette are pressed by ferrosilicon powder and other metallurgical materials using machines. It is an extremely cost-effective substitute for ferrosilicon in the steelmaking and foundry industries. It has the advantage of reducing production costs.
The rational use of silicon can significantly improve the strength of the steel ball, hardness and elasticity, improve the permeability of steel, the hysteresis loss reducing transformer steel. In addition, the silicon spheres have a very high rate of deoxidation. Using silicon spheres as deoxidizer in steelmaking industry can effectively reduce the production cost of steelmaking industry. Increase the furnace temperature, increase the fluidity of molten iron, improve the toughness and cutting ability of casting.
