Features
-High percentage of carbon: Carbon content of our GPC is higher than 98.5%
-Low sulphur: Sulphur content of high-level recarburizer can reach 0.01%-0.05%.
-Low nitrogen : Nitrogen content is between 80PPM and 250PPM .it's a perfect material for steel strand.
-High absorptivity : The absorption rate can be as high as 95%. Comparing with the same type of graphitized carburizer,the absorption speed of our product is much faster.
-High graphite crystal nucleus and high graphitization degree
Application
1. Widely used in steel smelting works,precision castings as carbon raisers;
2. used in foundries as modifying agent to increase the quantities of speroidal graphite or improve the structure of gray iron casting thus upgrade the class of gray iron casting ;
3. reducing agent/reductant in chemical industries;
4. refractory materials ,etc
