Application

As an anticorrosive material, it and carbon black, talc and oil made of anti-rust primer, has good chemical and solvent corrosion resistance; If zinc yellow and other chemical pigments are added to the formula, its rust prevention effect is better. And has a strong corrosion resistance!
Two, flake graphite used as fire retardant coating.
Used as fire filler is expandable graphite, it is natural graphite flake as raw material, through chemical or electrochemical treatment and obtained a graphite interlayer compound. Expandable graphite under heating conditions, the volume of rapid expansion (up to 300 times) suffocate the flame, while generating expansion, to isolate the flame, delay or interrupt the flame spread, and itself is non-combustible, good softness, high surface energy, carbonization layer strength. But the volume and dosage of the expansion body should be selected appropriately. The test shows that 150um particles, 30% expansion ratio, 5% dosage is the most suitable. Flake graphite is used as a conductive coating.
