Products Description
Step (1) Industrial silicon slag includes but not limited to molten slag after external refining of industrial silicon melt, molten slag after remelting silicon powder and/or molten slag after pyro-refining of silicon powder.

Step (3) The volume ratio of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid is 1-3:1, and the secondary acid leaching time is 0.5-5h.

The principle of quantitative analysis of elemental silicon content in silicon slag: According to the difference in the chemical properties of each phase in silicon slag reacting with acid, use strong acid to dissolve silicate (weak salt) and use mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid to dissolve Silicon, and the acid does not react with silicon carbide, so that the phases of different silicon are separated, and then calculated by the weight difference method, so as to obtain the mass of the different silicon phase components in the silicon slag, including elemental silicon, silicon carbide, and silicate percentage content.
The beneficial effect of this method is:
(1) Quantitative analysis of the content of elemental silicon in industrial silicon slag, and the separation of complex silicon phases of silicon slag including elemental silicon, silicon carbide, and silicate through chemical reactions, so as to obtain the mass percentage of elemental silicon in silicon slag ;
(2) The process is simple, the operation is simple, and the content of elemental silicon in silicon slag can be obtained efficiently and accurately, which solves the problem that the content of elemental silicon cannot be quantified in the process of recycling and selling silicon slag, and facilitates the realization of fractional value utilization of silicon slag.
Embodiment 1: a kind of quantitative analysis method of elemental silicon content in industrial silicon slag, concrete steps are as follows:
(1) The industrial silicon slag is broken and ground into an average particle size of 200 mesh silicon slag powder, and the weight of the silicon slag powder is 10g;
(2) silicon slag powder is carried out hydrochloric acid pickling 0.5h to obtain the pickling solution containing silicic acid and the solid particle containing elemental silicon and silicon carbide to dissolve silicate, and the solid particle containing elemental silicon and silicon carbide is at a temperature of 60 Vacuum dry at ℃, weigh the mass m2 of solid particles containing elemental silicon and silicon carbide to be 4.29g; wherein the solid-liquid ratio g:ml of silicon slag powder and hydrochloric acid is 1:5;
(3) Nitric acid is slowly added to the solid particles containing elemental silicon and silicon carbide, and then hydrofluoric acid is added drop by drop to make the elemental silicon react with the mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid for 2 hours, and dissolve in the nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The acid dipping solution containing silicofluoric acid and silicon carbide solid particles were obtained in the mixed acid. The silicon carbide solid particles were vacuum-dried at a temperature of 60° C., and the mass m3 of the silicon carbide solid particles was weighed to be 2.32 g; wherein the nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid The volume ratio is 1:1, the solid-liquid ratio g:ml of solid particles containing elemental silicon and silicon carbide to nitric acid is 1:30, the solid-liquid ratio g:ml of solid particles containing elemental silicon and silicon carbide to hydrofluoric acid is 1:30;
(4) calculate respectively the quality m4 of silicate and the quality m5 of elemental silicon in the silicon slag powder according to the weight difference method,
The quality m4=m1-m2=5.71g of silicate, the quality m5=m2-m3=1.97g of elemental silicon, then calculate the mass percentage content of silicate, elemental silicon and silicon carbide in the industrial silicon slag respectively;
