Rare earth silicon magnesium iron alloy is composed of the following mass percentage components: 2.0~2.5%sm, 1.0~1.3%ND, 1.0~1.5% AL, 1.3~1.5% SR, 1.0~1.3% SB, with a balance of mg and unavoidable impurities. The above impurity elements are Fe, Cu and Ni, and the sum of the mass percentages of Fe, Cu and N is less than 0.2%.
Rare earth silicon magnesium iron alloy uses multi-component microalloying to effectively combine the flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy. After composite alloying, the properties of magnesium alloy are significantly improved, the ignition point is significantly improved, up to 781 °C, the mechanical properties of room temperature and 200 °C are also improved, and the highest tensile strength can be up to 272MPa and 204MPa respectively.
