Description      

CaFe cored wire is composed of 25-35% calcium particles and the rest is iron powder. The core wire is made of steel strip. As a deoxidizer for molten steel refining, it can not only reduce nozzle clogging, but also avoid sulfide inclusions in steel after adding calcium, thus improving the anisotropy of steel. With the help of wire feeder, the molten steel can be melted and dissolved in the deep of molten steel, which can deoxidize, desulfurize and remove inclusions. Meanwhile, it can fine tune the composition, improve the yield of metal and rare earth elements and ensure the stability of the composition. Reduce the amount of precious elements, reduce the refining cost.
