Usually, calcium carbide produced with high-ratio charge can produce products with high gas emission, but the charge has a small specific resistance and is difficult to operate; calcium carbide produced with low-ratio charge has a large specific resistance, the electrode is easy to penetrate into the furnace, and the electric furnace is easier to operate, but the gas emission of the produced calcium carbide is relatively low.

Q: Where is your plant located?
A: Our calcium carbide factory is situated in Anyang, in close proximity to the source of carbide raw materials. Spanning across an area of 300000 square meters, our facility boasts a monthly production capacity of 6000 tons.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We ensure product quality through several measures. During the carbide processing, we conduct multiple sampling tests to ensure products yield good gas output. Regular air pressure tests are performed on drums to ensure tight and safe sealing. Different sizes are stored separately to prevent mixing. Prior to loading, we conduct another sampling test to ensure the loaded goods have accurate weight, sizes, gas output, and quantity. Our carbide production adheres to the Chinese National Standard: GB10665-2004.

A: Typically, the gas yield of the particle size 80-120mm, 50-80mm, 25-50mm is 295L/KG.
